We have come a long way since early 2007, but we aren't done yet. We are looking forward to offering another unique experience at 3 Oaks Vineyard - making your own wine.
"From vine to the bottle - it's all you".
As we progress through the growing season, we will post our activities and then show you, step-by-step, wine making experience for the "Plank Holders".

Looking foreward to try the vine to bottle this year (2013). When you make your own wine, you seem to appreciate it more !

Thanks again for for the harvest of the malbec grapes .As you can see my last post was in march of 2013 .Im in the process of makeing the malbec but probably wont bottle it for another month or two to clarify it more .But you have a slick operation their on your ranch and you do know how to make wine .Going through the process was interesting to me and i think for a home wine maker you need this connection .This batch will be prized more so than any other because i picked it from field to bottle .Hopefully we will see the website updated soon and get a look at the pictures of this years crop .
